30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your GMS Hair Regrowth System to request a return. This policy is in addition to your rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with its original packaging intact, including the massage roller and serum in their original sealed state. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at yazanhasan130@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS — UAE]. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at yazanhasan130@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This includes any damage to the massage roller mechanism or leakage of the serum bottle during delivery.

Under UAE Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for products that do not conform to their described specifications or that are defective upon delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because the GMS Hair Regrowth System includes a personal care serum (hair growth oil), opened or used serum bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in line with standard consumer protection exceptions for personal care goods.

We also do not accept returns on: custom or personalized orders, sale items, or gift cards. If you have questions about your specific item's eligibility, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item. Once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. Please contact us at yazanhasan130@gmail.com to initiate this process.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. All refunds will be issued in UAE Dirhams (AED), including the 5% VAT originally charged.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@donovantic.com.

UAE Consumer Protection Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes your rights under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection or any other applicable UAE laws. If you believe your consumer rights have not been upheld, you may also contact the UAE Ministry of Economy or the relevant local consumer protection authority in your emirate.
