Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates only, covering all seven emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
Free Shipping on All Orders
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UAE — no minimum order value required. There are no hidden shipping charges. All prices displayed on our store are inclusive of 5% VAT and free delivery.
Order Processing Time
All orders for the GMS Hair Regrowth System are processed within 1–3 business days (Sunday through Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
During high-demand periods or promotional campaigns, processing may take slightly longer. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Estimated Delivery Times
Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah: 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Other Emirates (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah): 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Remote areas within the UAE may require additional time. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message — via email or SMS — containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your package through the carrier's tracking portal.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch notification.
Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Packages
Our carrier will attempt delivery during standard business hours. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notification and attempt re-delivery, or hold the package at a local facility for collection.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, you will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address — including building name, flat number, and emirate — before completing your order. Novantic is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at yazanhasan130@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Damaged Packages
If your GMS Hair Regrowth System arrives damaged — including a broken massage roller or leaking serum bottle — please contact us within 48 hours at yazanhasan130@gmail.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
