Novantic operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you — the customer — with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Novantic is powered by Shopify.

Our flagship product is the GMS Hair Regrowth System — a Gentle Micro-Stimulation System combining a massage roller and a natural hair growth serum formulated with Ginseng, Eclipta Prostrata, Peppermint, and Ginger Root, designed to support thicker-looking, stronger hair for men and women.

These Terms of Service govern your use of our Services and any purchases made through our store. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of the GMS Hair Regrowth System in our online store. The product includes a 1 fl oz (approximately 30ml) hair growth serum formulated with natural botanical ingredients and a scalp massage roller.

Colors or product appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device settings. We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or be identical to what is depicted online.

Claimed benefits — including support for thicker-looking or stronger hair — are based on the intended use of the product and are not guaranteed results. Individual results may vary depending on hair type, consistency of use, diet, and overall health.

All product descriptions and prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. All prices are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as required by UAE Federal Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Novantic reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your order is not accepted until Novantic confirms acceptance and payment is processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Novantic may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event we do not accept or cancel an order, we will notify you via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. Purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Novantic is powered by Shopify. Any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Novantic. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Novantic. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Novantic.

If you submit Feedback — including reviews of the GMS Hair Regrowth System — you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such Feedback for any purpose, including marketing. HAIR GROWTH RESULTS DEPEND ON INDIVIDUAL FACTORS AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, NOVANTIC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novantic, Shopify, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your violation of any UAE law or the rights of a third party; or (3) your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under UAE law, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
